Anxiety is the excessive and intense worry, along with fear in any situations or everyday conflicts. When the process of anxiety occurs, you might breath rapidly, sweating constantly, rapid heart rates, and will begin to feel very tired. This is bad since it is affecting your body everyday. But if you have anxiety in very stressful situations then it is fine. Everyone needs their adrenaline moving fast to keep them motivated for the completion of the required task. In common situations you may have anxiety when taking an exam, speaking in public, or in other simple situations.
If someone you know has anxiety everyday then you should give them some support like: offering them medicine, avoid pranks and surprises, don’t assume any ask him/her, talk to the person and minor detailed sentences, making the person feel calm and relaxed, and let the person inhale and exhale very slowly.
It is very helpful to say kind and passionate things to keep the person calm. You can tell the person that they can get through, telling them you’re proud, or even asking them for assistance. Taking the person or yourself to therapy is best at your own pace and time to reduce the anxious feeling inside of your body. Taking care of yourself or the person that is anxious will certainly help. Accepting the ongoing issue and knowing that it won’t last forever helps. Having patience and positivity until the situation is handled even if things are turning worse. Do not panic with the other person and do not help them skip or forget about the situation they are in. And lastly, it is totally fine if you or the other person is a little bit anxious. By following everything that is said so far will help contain, arrange, and finish the conflict which will be a blessing for everyone.
The symptoms of anxiety are: tension/nervousness/restlessness, ongoing heart rate and breathing, heavily sweating, trembling, turning weak, and acting like the same behavior everyday.
